Statements to Ledger

Turn a set of bank statements into a ledger that is easier to review and reconcile.

  • Batch upload bank statements.
  • Balance check: opening balance + transactions = closing balance, to the cent.
  • Continuity checks flag missing months and gaps between statement periods.
  • Overlapping statements are checked and duplicate transactions are marked.
  • Review and edit flagged rows before exporting.
  • Export Excel, CSV, Xero CSV, QuickBooks-ready CSV, QuickBooks Web Connect (.QBO), or a printable reconciliation summary.
  • QuickBooks Web Connect exports import transactions into QuickBooks Online's For review list only. Files contain up to 1,000 rows; larger exports are split into a ZIP, with one selected account per export.
  • Re-uploading the same .QBO file doesn't create duplicates.

Source statement files expire 7 days after upload and ledger data after 30 days.

PDF to images

Extract images embedded in a PDF and download them together in a ZIP file. This extracts embedded image assets rather than rendering each PDF page as an image.
