Both are available on every plan, including Free.
Excel workbook, with three sheets:
| Sheet | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Ledger | Every transaction: date, description, debit, credit, amount, running balance, account, source statement, source page and flags |
| Statements summary | One row per statement: bank, masked account number, period, opening and closing balance, pages, balance result and difference |
| Reconciliation report | Each check that was run, with its result and any difference |
CSV is a plain file of the transactions, for spreadsheets or any tool that imports CSV.
Exports use the rows as they are after your edits. Transactions marked as duplicates are left out. If a batch has more than one account, an Excel or CSV export can include all of them in one file, with an Account column showing which is which. Xero and QuickBooks exports are always for one account at a time.
On Pro and above you can also download a printable reconciliation summary (PDF) for the client file.
