- Standard conversions (PDF to Excel, CSV and so on): files expire after 24 hours and are then removed by an automatic cleanup.
- Statement batches: source PDFs expire 7 days after upload, and extracted ledger data after 30 days. They're then removed by the same automatic cleanup. Each batch shows its exact dates.
- Delete a batch yourself at any time. That removes its source PDFs and extracted data from PDFDrill straight away, without waiting for those dates. Files you've already downloaded are yours and aren't affected.
Deleting a batch doesn't give back the pages it used.
