Clear terms for files, pages and billing.
What counts as a page?
Each page in a successfully processed PDF counts toward your plan quota, whether it is part of a one-page or multi-page file.
Do failed conversions count?
No. Failed or errored conversions do not consume pages.
Do page packs expire?
No. Purchased page packs never expire.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You can buy a page pack to continue processing or upgrade your plan. Purchased pages are used after your monthly plan quota.
When does my page quota reset?
Paid plan quotas reset monthly on your Stripe subscription anniversary date, including when billed annually. Free plan quotas reset on the first day of each month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period.
What if a statement doesn't balance?
The statement is flagged as not reconciled and the difference is shown so you can review transactions. You can still export the work with its reconciliation report.
Which banks are supported?
PDFDrill works with most digital and scanned bank statements. Balance and continuity checks help identify missing or inconsistent transaction data.
Can I import into Xero or QuickBooks?
Pro and Business include Xero CSV and QuickBooks-ready CSV exports for supported layouts, plus a printable reconciliation summary.
How many statements does each plan cover?
Statement counts are estimates based on about 6 pages per statement. Free covers approximately 1–2, Starter approximately 25, Pro approximately 80, and Business approximately 330 statements per month. Your quota is counted in pages.
Which plan should a bookkeeper choose?
Starter suits a few clients. Choose Pro if you import into Xero or QuickBooks. Business is for practices that need the ledger API in their own workflow.
How long do you keep my files?
Standard conversions are deleted within 24 hours. For statement batches, source PDFs are retained for 7 days and extracted data for 30 days. You can delete files and batches anytime. See our security details.
