How billing works
- Page packs never expire.
- Conversions that end in an error don't use your pages. A statement that converts but shows a balance-check FAIL does use its pages, because you still get the extracted rows to review.
- Monthly plans are month to month, with no annual commitment.
- Cancel any time from your account; your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of your monthly page allocation. If the service did not work as described, we may issue a full refund at our discretion, including outside these limits. Page-pack purchases are non-refundable once any included pages have been used.
- If you run out of pages on a web plan, nothing is charged automatically: buy a pack or upgrade. Business API page refills are separate purchases at $0.04 per page.
