Plans count PDF pages, not files or statements. A 4-page statement uses 4 pages.

- Annual billing gives 2 months free ($190, $390 and $990 a year). Annual plans get the same monthly page allowance.
- When the allowance resets:
- Paid plans: every month on your subscription date. Unused monthly pages don't roll over.
- Free plan: on the 1st of each month.
- Page packs add pages on top of your plan: $5 for 50, $15 for 200, $35 for 500, $99 for 1,500. Your plan pages are used first, and pack pages only once they run out. Pack pages carry over and never expire.
- A statement that failed to convert isn't charged. A statement that converted but shows FAIL counts as normal, because you get its rows to fix.
- A batch can hold up to 100 files and 1,000 pages, and your plan needs enough pages for it.
